Abstract

This essay discusses the need to create regulations for privatized military firms. Specifically, this essay discusses domestic tort remedies and tort remedies for violations of international law, privateering, the absence of regulation, regulatory options, and concludes with the assertion that privatized military firms should be regulated by the United States.
