Abstract
The goal of this research was to investigate the effect of group composition and tasktype upon individual productivity and structure in a computer-mediated conference. While studies have been conducted relative to the effect of task type involving computer mediated conferences, the effect of group composition and the interaction between task type and group composition upon individual productivity has been absent.
