Greenwood] acknowledging a receipt stating that citizens of Texas complain and are outraged upon disputes with property with the Indians said belonging to the Wichita Reserve and addressing Agent Leeper to make an investigation and reports on these complaints. Since Agent Leeper is on absence from the agency they will try to contact him regarding this issue.

Kilburn and Sergeant John Flysor. That Rector had reviewed the settlement from the first office in the 1st quarter of 1858 regarding four difference invoices of goods.
[Letter to M. Leeper] informing that a letter from the Court of Indian Affairs stated that Senator of Texas had made certain charges at the Indian office against the Reserve Indians for outrages upon personal property in Jack County Texas. Instructions are noted in letter for Agent Leeper.
