A municipal complex for University Park, Texas

Municipal buildings which serve one community and which are located in the center of that community, must reflect t he needs, thinking , and architectural character of that community. The purpose of this thesis is to design a municipal building for the City of University Park, Texas, which reflects the unique needs, thinking and architectural character of this community.
