Internal condition

The purpose of this thesis is to explore the intemal operations and characteristics of a cleanroom and then convey them on the exterior. This will be achieved by the use of a Wafer-Fab facility expressing its technical aspects of its clearu-oom. At a site located outside of Dallas, Texas., this facility will try to maintain a plot ratio of under thirty percent on a site of 107.5 acres (4,682,700 sqft or 421,443 sqm). The total area of this proposed Wafer-Fab will be 32,242 square meters (346,923.9 sqft). This ratio does not equal thirty percent, however when the time for expansion arrives that ratio may be achieved. A thirty percent plot ratio is necessary for security, flexibility, expansion, esthetics, and safety.
