Abstract
Architectural design in West Texas can utilize and integrate the surrounding environment, including wind and weather conditions, local building materials, and traditional as well as emerging culture and diversity, to create a facility which embraces, expresses, and educates the community while responding to ideas of sustainability and self-preservation.
