More than an intersection: A mixed-use building in Lubbock, Texas

The intersection of 4th St. and Ave. Q is lost in all of the clutter of recent urban developments in Lubbock, turning a major intersection of these developments into a place that is devoid of urban life. This project intends to use a framework of Critical Regionalism to create a mixed-use facility that defines this node as an important intersection of these developments.
