Abstract

Architecture can be used to promote a healthy environment in an affordable, multi-family, residential unit by providing living environments that minimize indoor pollutants, emit minimal pollutants, express empathy and continuity with nature, and use nontoxic, renewable, biodegradable materials and products with low environmental and social costs.
