Abstract
Examines the court’s attitude towards private action through discussion of various decisions as well as looking at other developments in antitrust law. In particular examines the Sherman Act, the Clayton Act, and the Federal Trade Commission Act and the Robinson-Patman Act in light of various Fifth Circuit cases. Concludes with the hope that the court will continue to move towards a more enlightened attitude towards private litigation.
