Abstract

Introduces a survey to analyze the process through which the court system utilized judicial review over administrative action. This survey covers the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit’s decisions for the period from September 1, 1974, through August 31, 1975. Though the author praises the quality of the court’s exercise of judicial review, he believes that it is necessary to view it with scrutiny to maintain this quality.
