Abstract
Examines the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit’s antitrust decisions for the period from September 1, 1974, through August 31, 1975. The topics covered during this period include the following: the Sherman Act, the Clayton Act, and the Robinson-Patman Act. The author applauds the Fifth Circuit on not preventing private action’s use as an enforcement device, while discouraging the harmful aspects of such actions.
