Abstract

A survey of bankruptcy law decisions for the period from September 1, 1974, through August 31, 1975 from the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit. The survey covers the following topics: discharge, the estates, and bankruptcy courts. Summarizes various cases providing a brief description of the case and how the holding may affect future court decisions.
