Criminal Law and Procedure: Introduction

Introduces a survey of criminal law and procedure cases decided by the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit for the period from September 1, 1974, through August 31, 1975. The author provides a preview of the cases contained in the survey. The author also provides an evaluation of how the Fifth Circuit decided cases during the term and how these decisions may affect future litigation.
