Abstract

Reviews the first book in a proposed five volume work on federal law of evidence. The first volume follows the federal rules of evidence in the order in which they appear (rules 101 through 402). The reviewer noted that the rules that are generally well analyzed with some exceptions. Overall, the review generally contains a positive recommendation of the first volume of this new set.
