Abstract
Dean W. Page Keeton discusses the gap in the jurisprudence of negligence. Specifically regarding the standard of care for medical negligence claims. Dean Keeton proposes changes to the usual jury practice to have screening panels to perform professional mandatory reviews of incidents of malpractice allegations.
