Abstract

Examines the international crisis of American corporations’ “dumping” of hazardous products overseas. The author describes a few cases and existing domestic consumer safety legislation, discusses conflict of laws and international efforts for regulation, and provides recommendations for a solution to this crisis. The author calls for us to take responsibility to protect international consumers.
