Bankruptcy

Discusses proper analysis for the resolution of issues in bankruptcy cases. Then, the author analyzes the twenty-seven bankruptcy cases decided by the Fifth Circuit from July 1983 to June 1984. The cases are related to the deacceleration of residential mortgages, exemptions and liens, creditors’ liquidating in a farmer chapter 11 case, and good faith and classification of unsecured creditors.
