Abstract

Analyzes a Texas Court of Appeals case discussing venue. The article discusses the history and development of the Texas Venue Law regarding conclusiveness and interlocutory appeals of venue decisions. The article looks at both statutes and case law. The article discusses the analyzed case in terms of the res judicata rule and judicial economy and compares the California approach with that of Texas.
