Abstract
Reviews recent administrative law decisions in the Fifth Circuit. Discusses notable cases with respect to judicial review of several agency decisions. Finally, the article concludes that the decisions discussed are noteworthy in that they are consistent with the trend affording more deference to agency decisionmaking, but do not depart from established doctrine.
