Abstract
Reviews fifteen selected bankruptcy opinions from the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit issued during the one-year period from June 1, 2007, through May 31, 2008 (the Survey Period). The number of Fifth Circuit bankruptcy opinions issued during the Survey Period increased markedly over the number issued during the same period last year.
