Abstract
The primary purpose of this investigation is to examine a state-federal rehabilitation program at the county level. Case records are employed to describe such rehabilitation activities as administrative procedures, description of services available , determination of eligibility, referrals, and active cases processed. Primary emphasis is placed on an examination of cases closed during the fiscal year to determine the effectiveness of the rehabilitation program.
