Automatic silencing of cellular phones using Bluetooth communication

The purpose of this paper is to demonstrate the need for a device to automatically silence cellular devices upon entry into a room where audible alerts are not allowed. This device would then re-activate the device upon leaving the controlled area. This device will use the Bluetooth protocol to communicate with the device. An example implementation will also be described.
