Abstract

Chapter 7 of this book discusses the connection between environmental law and innovation. The chapter begins with an introduction discussing the general conflicts and interaction between environmental law and innovation. The chapter then provides a detailed examination of the relationship between innovation and the following legislation: the National Environmental Policy Act, the Clean Air Act, and the Clean Water Act.
