The article proposes reforms aimed at streamlining collective action procedures, enhancing fairness for both employers and employees. The article emphasizes the need for a balanced approach that preserves the collective nature of these actions while reducing litigation costs and inefficiencies. Ultimately, this article advocates for a legislative overhaul to address the systemic issues in FLSA collective action law.
