Abstract
Analyzes the current regulatory structure in Texas, in addition to key recent developments, and provides recommendations for future regulation as wind energy continues to develop in Texas. Ultimately, this Comment explores the current issues with regard to the emerging regulatory system for Texas wind energy and purports that continued investment and collaboration by both the public and private sector is necessary to make wind energy a more feasible alternative energy source
