Abstract

Discusses the Fifth Circuit opinions on Intellectual Property cases for the survey period. Overall, the authors stated that the Fifth Circuit had not decided any cases of enduring interest to the intellectual property bar during this survey period, although five cases deserved some comment. These cases involved a variety of issues such as trade dress infringement, statutory damages, and trade secrets.
