Abstract

Reviews a book from the American Bar Foundation’s criminal justice administration series. The book analyses prosecutor’s decision to charge using data from three states—Kansas, Michigan, and Wisconsin. The author applauds the book for not attempting to provide hollow solutions, but rather offering necessary background. Further, the author suggests that this book will help the reader to become more aware of the criminal justice system’s functions, and broader application to all administrative decision making.
