Greenwood] acknowledging a receipt stating that citizens of Texas complain and are outraged upon disputes with property with the Indians said belonging to the Wichita Reserve and addressing Agent Leeper to make an investigation and reports on these complaints. Since Agent Leeper is on absence from the agency they will try to contact him regarding this issue.
