Abstract
Explains the secondary boycott, which is an unfair labor practice under the National Labor Relations Act (NLRA) Section 8(b)(4)(B). The author further describes two cases, United States Supreme Court case NLRB v. Fruit Packers Local 760 and the District of Columbia Circuit Court of Appeals case Steelworkers Local 14055 (Dow), and their effect on product picketing. The author hopes that the Supreme Court will grant certiorari in Dow.
