Abstract
Professor Loewy demonstrates how the Supreme Court’s criminal procedure jurisprudence exploits the ignorance of the citizens. Professor Loewy then evaluates the possible reasons for why the Court has adopted this approach and proceeds to discuss alternative approaches.
