Abstract
Reports on the survey of Fifth Circuit opinions on antitrust issues. During the survey period the Fifth Circuit decided five antitrust cases. The author concludes that the court continued its well-reasoned antitrust analysis and demonstrated its willingness to uphold summary dismissal of antitrust claims.
