Abstract

Firstly, I would like to express my sincere gratitude to my advisor Dr. Changzhi Li for the continuous support of my study and related research, for his patience, motivation and immense academic knowledge. Dr. Li’s guidance helped me in all the time of doing research and writing of this thesis. I would like to thank Dr. Miao he, who is my thesis committee member, for his insightful and helpful comments and encouragement, and also for the questions and suggestions that incented me to widen my research from various perspectives. Besides my thesis committee members, I would like to thank Dr. Zhiming Xiao from Linear Technology for working together with me to push the research one huge step further than what I would done by myself, also for Dr. Xiao’s critical and thoughtful ideas and advices on my research.
