Abstract
Describes the United States District Court for the Northern District of Texas case Texsun Feedyards Inc. v. Ralston Purina Co. In a suit for breach of the implied warranty of fitness, the court reemphasized that Texas “does not recognize general contributory negligence as a bar to recovery for the breach of an implied warranty.”
