How women effect peace agreements through leadership

Abstract
In this paper, I look to answer, How do women affect peace agreements? I look to the unique style of leadership that women have to explain how collaboration and inclusion are added to a peace agreement. Making them last longer, to test this, I will be using the UCDP Peace Agreement data set that spans from 1975 to 2018. I utilize two different models to get a complete evaluation and analysis of the effect gender inclusion has on peace agreements. I focus on if they end and the duration of the agreements. Neither of my findings is statistically significant; however, it does indicate that when agreements end, they last longer with gender inclusion. Researching this question will provide me with a better understanding of inclusivity on peace, and the overall effect women can have.
