[Letter to Charles E. Mix] discussing the receipt of a previous letter in regard to the suspended voucher in the authors account for the 2nd quarter of 1860. Also discussing the charges in sending his clerk, Mr. Pulliam to Washington but the expenses written on the voucher were more than expected, therefore he is considering not sending his clerk if the expenses add up so high.
