Description

Wendur was a quick ship originally built with skysails on fore and main. Wendur set some records, beating even steamer time such as Newcastle, NSW to Valparaiso in 29 1/2 days in 1896. In 1906 Wendur was reduced in rig to a bark and the skysails removed. Seven Stones, Scilly Isles claimed Wendur in 1912.
