Abstract

This study developed with on-campus staff, a professional development process in which teachers learned how to implement culturally responsive teaching strategies into their Mathematics lessons. At the beginning of each session, teachers were provided with structured time to reflect on their current practices and new ideas or possibilities to be more culturally responsive.
