Park 'N' Ride: Hemphill Square loft apartments atop retail in downtown Lubbock, TX

Architecture should be generated from simple forms, based on a design that is context driven. This would lend itself to commen building materials, therfore achieving an ordered attractive architecture. The design will be articulated through Loft Apartments, Retail/Commerdal space, and a private Roof Garden for the residents only. It will be located on the Northeast side of Lubbock, Texas. Specifically the site is located in downtown Lubbock off of Broadway and the 13 hundred block of Avenue J.
