Abstract
Discusses the plans to divide the 5th Circuit Court of Appeals by conjoining Texas and Louisiana in the Western Division with the headquarters in Louisiana and separating Florida, Georgia, Alabama, and Mississippi into the Eastern Division with the headquarters in Atlanta. The author does not want the circuit to be too large. However, some measures besides increasing the number of judges must be taken to handle the large caseload.
