Abstract

Focuses on the father’s interest in the mother of a child seeking an abortion and how the state should protect the father’s rights. The author notes that Roe v. Wade does not forbid the state from establishing procedures designed to protect the father’s important interest in his unborn child. However, the author calls for legal protection that recognizes the father’s important interest in his unborn child.
