Title 3. Delinquent Children and Children in Need of Supervision

Provides statutory commentary on chapter 51 of Title 3 of the Texas Family Code. Title 3 chapter 51 of the Texas Family Code states the purpose of this title to provide for the care of children within its provisions, protect the community, and rehabilitate children. Moreover, whenever possible, to do this within a family environment. The title also provides a simple judicial procedure to execute and enforce these provisions.
