A detailed study of inter-relationships, influences characteristics, technical problems and functions has to occur before arriving at a comprehensive solution. In Book I these aspects were studied in terms of quality and quanitity and certain proposals were made. This book will discuss the final solution arrived at by studying the problems involved in designing a comprehensive services radiological teaching and research center.
