The victims’ bill of rights in juvenile cases is similar to the statement of victims’ rights in criminal cases that was added in 1985 as chapter 56 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. This bill only reaches proceedings involving sexual assault, kidnapping, aggravated robbery, homicide, and physical assault.
