Abstract
This article discusses the new state and federal trend to replace exclusionary rules in courts and administrative agencies. The article then analyzes the non-constitutional exclusionary rules and constitutional exclusionary rules. After each exclusionary rule explanation, the article analyzes that rule in the context of state-supported university hearings.
