An approach to standardizing pedagogy for extended technique on tuba

Each program for my DMA was chosen to explore different ideas of retro, current, and future tuba music. Each program had at least one world premier commissioned by the performer and standard tuba works. The first three programs also featured elements of interdisciplinary collaborations. The final program was a lecture recital on the performers' research for the final paper.
