Remarks at the Dedication of the New Fifth Circuit

The following contains remarks at the dedication of the new Fifth Circuit. Remarks were given by both Charles Clark and Rex E. Lee. Clark gave a short but positive look back at the old Fifth Circuit and a joyous anticipation of the new Fifth and Eleventh Circuits. Lee gave a longer talk but focused on the history and tradition of the legal system; and why he looks forward to working with the people of the new federal circuits.
