Article 1 and Article 2A: Changes in the Uniform Commercial Code Regarding General Provisions of Sales and Leases

Professor Krahmer was given the task of discussing an exciting part of the Uniform Commercial Code ("UCC" or "the Code"), Article 1, which is the definition section. The professor outlined the Article and briefly noted some of the more significant changes made in revised Article 1.
