Abstract

Discusses the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission’s (EEOC) right to sue after the 180 day time period has run. The author agrees with the construction of the 1972 act by the court in the EEOC v. Cleveland Mills. The Act eliminates patterns and practices of discrimination employment.
