McAllen omnimax and museum of art

Abstract

Architecture should attract and entertain the pubhc by having three-dimensional primary shapes within the classic Euclidean geometry penetrating, piercing and permeating the facility. The facihty type is an Omnimax theater along with a museum of artifacts. The Onmimax theater is a place where 225 people can sit down and divert their minds from all matters of life. They will enjoy an educational fihn, that is projected onto a sphere-like movie screen. The museum will display historical artifacts of the Rio Grande Valley, which will also be part of the facility, where people can walk through and experience art, culture, and history. The facility is to be located downtown McAllen, TX where the majority of the inhabitants are Mexican/American. The city is approximately 100,000 in population, while the surrounding cities adding nearly 700,000 people. The central city is a district of business, commerce, and entertaiimient. This facihty will bring new architecture, educate and entertain its users.
