Abstract
Analyzes the most significant administrative cases decided by the Fifth Circuit between June 1991 and May 1992. Case topics cover administrative law topics including contractual obligations with the National Health Service Corps, congressional interference with administrative agency decisions, application of the federal Freedom of Information Act, the Immigration and Naturalization Act, and the Toxic Substances Control Act. This article analyzes the more significant cases decided by the Fifth Circuit during this period.
